Rewards split in proportion to each participant's share (and time) of the total stake. Larger stakers earn proportionally more rewards, but the rate remains fair for all participants.
For example... If a validator earns 100 SOL in rewards and you hold 1% of the delegated stake, you receive 1 SOL (minus commission).
